Telkom
Telephone and internet service out since Octobe

Phone line and internet line stopped working on 23 October, Telkom was contacted to come and send a repair man. Nobody was sent, they were contacted 6 more times through telephone and once through internet. Still no one pitched up to repair the problem. It was reported twice as being repaired from Telkom's side, both with different reference numbers, but it was not fixed and still not one single person from Telkom has been to my house to find the problem. I am appalled at how bad and disorganized the service is from Telkom.
