MTN ignoring client

Dear MTN - no response received to date! Network Coverage is not taking responsibility and each time I calldespite following reference numbers, they want to know what is wrong: 3575016, 99520319, 0054529.

Alternatively you can also contact them on number 083 900 1212 toll-free from and MTN number or chargeable from other SP's numbers, weekdays 08:00 to 17:00.
