MTN surely has the most incompetent staff in South Africa; in particular, Karish Naidoo, Sanil, Mxolisi Mabele, and now unfortunately Kopana as well. I have never been made so many promises that had never been kept. And they are not ashamed of their uselessness, incompetence and absolute lack of customer service. Surely these people have never been trained. They will blame everything and everyone (including their own pathetic internal system) other than themselves. They take no responsibility for their non-action, lacklustre attitudes and blatant arrogance towards the clients. Sanil is the ultimate in rudeness and incompetence to be found - I have come across friendlier puffadders. Mxolisi Mabele seems to be a ghost employee, as nobody in the organisation can track him down, or else he is just a name that was made up. Kopano has so far been the friendliest and most helpful of all - but only until Thursday. I have since not heard a word from him; so much for all of his following up and giving feedback.
I am more than convinced that the so-called management of MTN is definitely not aware of the nest of gunk that they have employed to deal with the customers. They should be ashamed!
