Rude Out-Bound Call Centre & call was not recorded

I got a phone call yesterday 3/07/13 at 8:15am and the call centre agent mumbled his business over the phone, I asked him to repeat what he had started off with as I was't aware till the middle of the conversation that it was an agent from the FNB personal loans department. He irritably requested me to confirm my ID number. I at that point of the conversation told him that I would not do that until i knew what the call was about. he explained that a debit order would be taken from my account for the personal loan immediately, i requested he not to take that money that is in the account and that I would make an arrangement later on during the day for FNB. I explained to him that the money left in my account was needed to pay something else rather urgently. 5 minutes after the conversation ended the debit order went though.
I called the personal loans general enquiries call centre number to complain firstly about the rude agent that i had spoken to and also to request that they fix this as i did request that the money not be taken out. Its a day later and all the correspondence i have received is from RB Jacobs...
I really don't think that the treatment to me by FNB is right.
