I am extremely dissatisfied with the manner your accounts department deals with paying customers.
a loyal customer for over 12 years!
you felt it necessary to suspend my service, inform me via SMS of a reconnection fee, all due to me choosing to make my payments via EFT on the 25th of each month, which i have been doing for the past 8 years without fail.
how can you force customers into a debit order only method of payment for month end payments, this is absolutely absurd!
someone from accounts (management) to please contact me URGENTLY!
