Smartcall dilemna

I am not aware of having subscribed to any services. However, Today I recieved a message saying " Mobthumbs This service is charged at R20 per day..." Upon enquiring from cell c I found that I have been losing airtime through a company called smartcall constantly. Cell C however cannot unsubscribe me, cannot work out if I ever subscribed to this company, nothing. All they do is take airtime (money) from me and pay this service. I must call Smartcall with my own airtime (which now sits at 0 throught this service) and get the service unsubscribed, there is 'nothing' that can be done about the money I have lost. Cell C even has a process that states that the client should be given the services contact details for such issues. If it happens so often they should treat the root cause, not just the symtom. Its Not On...
