I have been a client of Autopage for about 12 years and latley I find their service to be terrible - its basically been admitted to me that Autopage from an accounts side is bullying clients into payment terms that suit autopage by suspending their lines... this was said by Dorothy in their credit division.

For the past 12 years I pay my cellphone bill every month after payday (payday is the 25th of the month). Evey month Autopage call me to confirm payment date. This month I said on or before the 28th and they agreed. Autopage suspended my cell line on the 22nd. As of the 23rd its still not reactivated. they are going to charge me for the cut off.

When I called on the 22nd I found their attitude to stink. I have basically been told that if I dont switch to debit order and continue to pay within the date range that I have done for the past 12 years, my phone line will be suspended every month.

I advise everyone to not consider renewing their contract with Auotpage or starting a new one as they have changed their service from being client focused, to F3#$%#$@ the client we just want our accounts to look good
