Hi, I am sending this complaint an behalf of my father in law. I complaint a month or two ago (see link at the bottom). I don't get this that you send an invoice on the 2nd of the month and expect payment on the 14th of that month. Most people get paid on the 25th. I make EFT payments on the 27th so when I have not received the invoice I need to thumb what I have to pay for it. Why oh Why don't you send statement on 15th and payment due on 30th?

They also received an sms stating "since you paying manually we are going to charge you an extra R15 for that". Autopage need to explain to me that after paying this account for the past 8 years via EFT how did they just decide it was being manually and we are going to add a fee to it?

My other question is if invoices are sent the 2nd of every month when does debit orders go off?
