I HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH MTN AND THE ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS WITH BLACKBERRY FAULTS.I HANDED MY BLACKBERRY IN ON 18 MARCH 2013 AND ON 20 MARCH 2013 I RECEIVED A QUOTE WHICH I APPROVED A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER.I HAVE BEEN INTO THE STORE AT CLEARWATER NUMEROUS TIMES TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE REPAIR.I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE REPLACING MY BLACKBERRY WITH A REFURBISHED HANDSET BUT UP UNTIL TODAY I AM STILL WAITING.A TECHNICIAN TOLD ME THAT BLACKBERRY FAULTY HANDSETS ARE RETURNED TO THE COUNTRY OF MANUFACTURE AND THAT REPAIRS ARE NOT CARRIED OUT IN SOUTH AFRICA.EVERY TIME I PHONE TO ENQUIRE THE STATUS, I AM GIVEN A REF NUMBER BUT NOTHING FURTHER.VODACOM HAS A MUCH QUICKER TURN AROUND TIME FOR REPLACEMENTS.WHAT IS MTN`S PROBLEM.VERY FRUSTRATED AT THIS BAD SERVICE.WHEN I ENQUIRED AT THE CLEARWEATER STORE, THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT I MUST WAIT FOR THEM TO SMS ME TO TELL ME THAT THE HANDSET IS THEIR FOR COLLECTION. HE WAS ANGRY BECAUSE HE HAD TO LOOK FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT AT THE STORE.THIS DOES NOT STOP HERE.I RECEIVED A HANDSET TODAY, 24 JUNE 2013 AND I BATTLED TO GET THIS PHONE WORKING.AFTER CALLING 083-1555, I FOUND OUT THAT THE HANDSET IS BLACKLISTED
