Not impressed, sim card not activated within 24hrs

I bought a new phone online on Tuesday and it was delivered to me on Thursday, I called MTN and requested a sim swop, even now I am still waiting for MTN to grant me that sim swop. The sad thing is I kept on calling them everyday from Thursday and I have been waiting since, it does not look like there is anything they will do about it.? I even spoke to the supervisor Ndumiso but it does not look like I will get any assistance because all they keep telling me is that the sim swop is failing on the network of which I don't see how that is any of my problem. Now with this kind of service, how am I going to be a happy MTN Customer if MTN is not delivering on my side?
