3rd day waiting for Cell C call to do sim swop

I am really dissappointed with CellC. I lost a fone and wanted to do a sim swop. I requested this on Tuesday morning (the 18th), even now (the 21st) I am still waiting for their call. After this long waiting, they will charge me a R50.00 to do a sim swop. That is a daylight. Other networds they don't charge you for a sim swop.
