8 Days for a SIM SWOP

1.) I am posting this on HelloPeter after not recieving any response on your Customer Service email address.
2.) I recieved a new phone last week Tuesday (9th) with a new sim card, I called the Call Centre to arrange the sim swop.
3.) That afternoon I got a call to do the swop, I was informed there was a problem and I would be SMS'd when it was resolved. (no sms)
4.) The next day( -) I called to follow up, and I was told the matter was still with the SIM Swop Security department and it would take up to 7 days.
5.) Called on the 16th and was told the New SIM I was trying to swop to was already RICA'd and I should buy another... YOU SENT IT TO ME! Complaint Escalated.
6.) Called on the 17th, And was told that a message would be sent to the Sim Swop Dept. and they would call me back.
7.) That afternoon, I missed the call by 1 second and got a message to go to a store or call 140 again.
... NO
I used CellC Direct to save time and travelling, I will not go into a store and get potentially get charged R30 to R180 for the SWOP. And I am not calling the again and doing the security check again for NO RESULT. Fix it you have all the details! Check your call logs, its all there!
