MTN Taking there time with no feedback

I took my Samsung S3 in for repairs for a faulty camera and received it back with the camera still not functioning.
2nd time it went in i get a call from MTN saying that its R1200 to fix the crack in screen. On inspection there was indeed a crack but not from my doing. Now my phone is in for the 3rd time and after a week i personally had to phone in to find out that they waiting for me to confirm the payment for the cracked screen which wasn't my doing to start off with. I am just looking for answers cause my sim dose not fit in my back up phone so i have also been with out my number for the past 2 weeks!
