Went in last week thursday to get a sim swop as it cannot be done with 8TA as im in a bundle with my telkom line. It is now Monday and i am still waiting for the Manager of the store, Riaan Van Der Westhuizen, to get back to me to do the sim swop. I feel this is ridiculous as if one goes into Vodacom etc it is done within 5 minutes. All i want is to have my number back as my phone was and noone can contact me without me getting a sim swop.
