I recently lost my phone and have since requested a sim swop from RMCS. To date my sim has still not been activated and the call center supervisor that I spoke to was telling me that their turn around time is 48 hours. I am really frustrated by waiting because I need my number. I have always had this battle with RMCS as this is not the first I have requested a sim swop from them. I would never recommend anyone to use RMCS and am eager to just close my contarct with them.
