Not getting what you pay fo

I am a cell c customer for almost a year and a half never had a problem until two months ago cell c has a service called B.I.S it is a product you pay for each month wich allows you to use bbm and internet with unlimeted downloading and browsing on blackberry in the last two months without any notice they have restricted the unlimeted browsing and downloading so I can only use the service sometimes and restricted of how much I can brows and download I think it is unfair to us as clients with two other mobile opperators with the same plan but they stick to what they say with unlimited downloading and browsing I am really considering changing me and my wifes network and also rather telling friends not to change to cell c.
