I GOT MY BB AS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT.LAST YEAR, LOST CONTACT WITH THE PEOPLE AND THE SIM IS RICA'D UNDER HIS NAME. EVERYTIME WHEN I HAVE ANY DATA TROUBLE I PHONE AND CONFIRM THE DOB AND NAME, AND THEY ASSIST ME, I HAD TO GIVE MY PHONE IN FOR SOFTWARE UPDATE, AND LOST EVERYTHING. USUALLY I AM ALWAY HELPED WITH THE DETAIL I HAVE. WHEN I PHONED EVERYONE I SPOKE TO NEVER ASKED ME ANY DETAILS BUT THEN I GOT STUCK WITH KENY, AND SHE WAS JUST REFUSING TO ASSIST ME. USELESS MY HUSBAND LEFT UR SERVICE BECAUSE U GUYS ARE MORE USELESS THAN DEAD PEOPLE NO SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE CLOSE UR DOORS BECAUSE UR GUYS ARE NOTHING WORTH IN LIFE
