I phoned Telkom numerous times to enquire about the upgrading of ADSL lines in our area, as we are still on 4mbps lines. In beginning of 2013 they said it should be done by April, my latest feedback was "sorry sir nobody can tell you because nobody really knows"

Well how the can NOBODY know what the progess of the upgrade on the lines are? Absolutely nobody has a clue who to transfer me to and I get transferred between departments like it's not even funny.
