Charged for internet whilst on Blackberry Contract

I took out a Blackberry Contract with no limit being set on internet usage. I have just been charged R 476.69 for usage. No communication received from Autopage regarding a change in the conditions of the original agreement. Received a SMS telling me credit request was succesffuly completed, which means we have declin ed your request.
