Vodacom: BEWARE PHONY PROMO

Vodacom runs this so called promo where you can buy pay as you go data for cheaper than usual. I was suspicious from the start seeing as I know Vodacom to be pretty much useless when it comes to regular service so them trying something new simply could only be catastrophic. Boy was I true. I purchased R150 Airtime to convert to data, I asked the lady what the deal is because usually they send data to your sim but no not this time. This time they have something special - a special kind of service with a special kind of stupidity. I paid the amount but received no data. I lodged a complaint and the consultant said he can see on my account that a R150 purchase was made but no data was transferred - he could actually see Vodacom stuff up their so called PROMO. It's nothing but a PHONY product, just like Vodacom. When it comes to service Vodacom is probably the worst. You guys know you can't do your jobs properly why do you try new things? Is it simply to prove to your clients that yes indeed you are truly incompetent? If you don't give me my data then give me my money back. I don't even know how this is possible? Paying for a product but then you don't receive the product?! VODADUMB!
