I have been with Vodacom since 2005, my average bill is between R1100-R1450-00 and when I am overseas once in a wile it is about R2500 and more. I have to upgrade in the end of July and my phone is giving me huge problems at this stage. I phone customer surfaces to hear if I can do a early migration and they told me yes because my monthly spending is more than R900, but when they had a closer look at my account they said no because I missed one payment due to insufficient funds in my account. A direct debit went of a few months ago and once I saw that it was returned I phoned them straight away to get the banking details from them. I made a payment as soon as they gave it to me and faxed the proof of payment, but according to them this doesn't count. I really feel let down and that they could have made a plan to accommodate me due to the business that I have been giving them, needles to say I wont be extending my contract again with them.
