I have logged a complaint on the 15 June 2013 and have still not received feedback from Cell C.
On the 14th June 2013 we were hijacked, I contacted the call center to have my 17 day old Samsung S4 traced and was told that will not be possible. My contract is less than 22 days old and I am now told that I will have to pay for a phone that I do not have for the next 24 months due to cell C sales team who did not give me the option of taking out insurance on my brand new Samsung S4. I would like for my call to be pulled so that I can take Cell C to court as I will not be paying for a phone for 24 months that I do not have. I have never had a problem with Cell C prior to this and would always advertise the wonderful services received from Cell C but now I am thinking twice about that.

I have just been trough a traumatic experience and I am now sitting with no phone a debt of R400 a month for the next 24 months due to a sales team that does not know there jobs.

Please note that i would still like to keep the contract, all that I ask for is a new phone and this time if someone could please add on an insurance for the phone as i would like to keep the contract.
