On the 14 June 2013 @ 7:30 my family and I we hijacked outside our house. I then contacted Cell C call center to have them trace the phone as this is a brand new contract on the Samsung S4, The lady that we got through to, Ayanda was very rude and could not understand English very well. We have just been through a hijacking and now have to speak to people how shout at you on the phone because they believe that they are not at fault.
According to Cell C even though my first payment for this contract has not even gone off as yet coz this is a brand new contract I would still be liable to pay for something that I don't have for the next 24 months. I was not given the option of taking out insurance when they called to do the telephone application and now this is my problem. Cell C is very unprofessional, not sympathetic at all and have no people skills.

This is really disgusting that in SA we go through traumatic incidents and then you have to still deal with inhumane companies and people.
