Cell C
Cell C cannot deliver on their deals advertised

I signed a cell phone contract around 25 May 2013 with Cell C for a Samsung galaxy s3 mini. The sales rep had told me that the phone would be delivered within 2 weeks. I received a call on 20 June 2013 to say that my phone is ready for collection. I went in on the 22nd to collect the phone only to find out that they had the wrong colour. Firstly it has taken them close to a month to deliver a cellphone that is advertised by cell c.
Secondly they have delivered the wrong colour. I have asked them to get the correct colour that was agreed upon in the contract. They also made me sign a contract which I was not giver a copy of. Cell C have not shown much interest in the consumer after the contract sign on. This is really pathetic service from Cell C.
