Incompetent staff making company look incompetent

All i can say is that 8ta has useless staff. i am being robbed wholesale with my data contract. On the website where it says "chat to agent", i did just that and asked for assistance but gone none. I only received a spreadsheet that says i used data. i dont deny that i did, but not that much as i have an adsl line at my office. I noticed my usage during the month of May and June 2013 and was surprised to notice that so much data has been used. I did not take notice of it pre May 2013 because my bill is only R199 and cuts off at that amount. In the last two months i monitored it and noticed the drop in data. I would appreciate a prompt response and would like this matter to be resolved asap. I have a few contracts with 8ta and so too does my family and friends, i will bring this to there attention and lets see whats happens. Get your house in order and get more competent staff. Awaiting feedback
