I noticed that my bill has been extremely high the last few months. Yesterday I noticed that even though my usage is just over 400MB between the 1st and 9th of December, I have no data left, even though I'm supposed to be allocated 1GB per month. Then it occurred to me that I might not have been allocated a data bundle the last few months... there have been some changes to my billing and somehow my data allocation might have been affected. Please investigate and advise urgently!
