I bought a 8ta data bundle 25GB 25GB, what I have found is that the data is used very quickly. Before I had a cell C 2GB per month over 12 months and yes sometimes we went over 2 GB and had to top up but with 8ta we the data usage has now gone to over 7GB a month. I tried contacting telkom through the chat line but got cut off. On 13 Nov I looked at the data bal in the morning and saw 75 MB. 1 hr later this was at 74, then at 4pm the data was still at 74MB and then 1 hr later it was finished. How do I get the detail of usage. Could telkom please assist.
