Hi Veronica,

Thank you for your response to my message.

Please note, although you have offered me an answer in response to the problem that I have raised, you have not addressed the issues that I have raised in my message nor attempted to provide any satisfactory solutions to the problem.

I have quite clearly highlighted the poor human interaction that is prevalent in dealing with your clients and yet you have sent me a template list which you have asked me to utilise. I'm not sure if I'm missing your point or if you are missing what I have highlighted to MTN? We need human interaction! A tangible solution to our problems! An actual person that we can speak to and hear who is able to emphatise and understand our situation.

Unfortunately my situation remains unresolved and not a single soull from MTN has bothered to call to ensure Customer satisfaction. A really poor display of Customer Care.

Not sure if this is an automated message from your end Veronica, but if it is not, could I please receive some assistance and customer satisfaction?
