The Document Feeder (among many other things like the Wifi) on My OfficeJet 6700 Premium was not working and was logged for repairs. It was collected by HP and returned a few weeks later. One of the parts were not returned with the printer and none of the issues highlighted were resolved. The missing part was reported to HP who initially told me to follow up with Ensure (the company which repaired it). Ensure responded by saying that HP did not supply the part. This was reported to HP and several follow ups were made. No meaningful feedback has been received for almost 2 months.
The unresolved issues were brought to the attention of HP who haven't responded with any meaningful feedback for almost 2 months as well, even after a number of follow ups.
HP is a lousy company to deal with- they sell inferior products, they have a bad attitude towards customers and they are unreliable and unprofessional. This is very concerning and disappointing.
