Does MTN have an ACTIVE Customer Serv Dept???!!!

I am EXTREMELY frustrated with MTN's pure lack of interest in assisting me. This is my 3rd complaint on this site. I get responses from human beings acting like they've been programmed to read off a computer screen instead of using their common sense. I have e-mailed [Email Removed] and received a response from Timothy Clouts who did not understand the situation and then did not reply to my message. Timothy gave me a reference number 6919430. I got a reference number 6882476 from my initial complaint on the 29/07. I also received a REQ 2532793 from Veronica regarding my complaint on the 12/08. This has been ongoing for a month now. I tried by sending a message on MTN Active but have never received a reply. I posted comments on your FB Page and got a response a week later and have not heard from then since. Have you seen the dissatisfaction of your customers on FB? Losing 600 000 customers is just the start, I for one, can't wait for my contract to end. Timothy Clouts mentioned that he escalated my query to a supervisor... I demand a reply from a Manager!!! My e-mail address is [Email Removed]
