Unresolved issues!!!

I am very frustrated. to date, not ONE person from Vodacom has made any effort to contact me regarding my 2 unresolved issues. this is despite all the paperwork being sent through timeously.

Firstly, i recived an sms on Tue 04/06/13 that a new Smart S account was opened on my name. this was done without my approval at Vodacom in Sandton, DESPITE THE FACT that i reside in Cape Town and ALREADY have an active business topup 315. I fail to see how someone can simply open an account without my approval or paperwork! NOW I AM INCONVENIENCED. When i enquired, apparently a router was issued. Since when can one get a router on a Smart S account. Something is seriously fishy!!! Then I had to go to a police station, open a case, etc and i see that my account is still going to be debited for a contract i never signed up for. I need this resolved and all admin reversed!!!

Secondly, i wanted to prematurely cancel my top315 account. i recieved a quote, did the eft and sent through all the paperwork timeously. To date, not one person has contacted me with a progress report. This is such shocking servce and absolute disregard for the service levels that should be afforded to your client
