MANTOA THE BILLING FOR APRIL WAS DEBITED ON 1 MAY 2013!!! I AM QUERYING THE DEBIT FOR 1ST JUNE 2013, AFTER I CHANGED SERVICE PROVIDERS!!! AS PER EMAILS FROM YOUR OFFICES I WILL BE REFUNDED PLEASE ENSURE THAT THIS REFUND IS PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY!!!
I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records the amount debited on the 01-06-2013 was for the invoice dated the 20-04-2013.
