I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. Kindly note that the handset will be available end of July with limited stock and that will be on a first come first basis.

I find this message extremely vague, in the message it says the device will be distributed on a first come first serve basis... What does this mean? I've been trying to call your retention department in an attempt to order the device but I am turned away every time with ridiculous excuses.

Would it be at all possible to provide a small amount of clarity concerning this problem.
