We opened a Neotel account for our business with two lines and at the outset chose the option for debit orders. On a monthly basis we receive messages on the Neotel phone as well as emails from their debt collectors advising that our account is in errors. I spend ages calling Neotel, waiting for a consultant and go through the same drama every month of trying to get the debit order setup and eventually have to do an eft to settle the outstanding amount. Yesterday I spent over 45mins on a call which I did a week ago too & expressed my extreme annoyance with Neotel, I was assured that it would be rectified, that the outstanding amount would be debited on the 1st July with this months amount and they would contact the relevant depts & debt collectors to update them. Again today we received messages on the phone and emails from their debt collectors! I am 5 mins away from cancelling our Neotel account as this is just too irritating.
