TELKOM ROBS MY BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN!!!

TELKOM IS JUST AS BAD AS A THAT ROBS YOU AT AN ATM, THEY BREAK EVERY CONSUMER RIGHT, I JUST LODGED A COMPLAINT NOT EVEN A WEEK AGAIN ON HELLOPETER & THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO APOLOGIZE, THEY RETURNED BY R620. NOW THEY GO ON THE 19TH OF THE MONTH - TOTALLY UNEXPECTED TO ME AND DEBIT MY ACCOUNT OF R1087.00 - 1ST OF ALL, IS THERE NOT A LAW & A DATE TO SAY WHEN YOU CAN DEBIT SOMEONES ACCOUNT, SECOND OF ALL, I RETURNED A FAULTY ITEM WITHIN 7 DAYS & CANCELLED, EVERYTHING IS CANCELLED ON THEIR SYSTEM - YET THEY FEEL THE NEED TO ROB MY BANK ACCOUNT WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT - I HAVE BECOME THEIR CASH COW. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS & I AM AT MY WITS END ON HOW TO SOLVE THIS. NOT EVEN BAYSIDE BRANCH STAFF CAN HELP ME ANYMORE & THEY ARE ALSO AT THEIR WITS END, YOU GET PASSED FROM PILLAR TO POST - I HAVE HAD IT. I WANT MY R1087 BACK TODAY!!! I WANT TELKOM TO LOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS ASWELL, YOU CANT EVEN PUT IN A STOP ORDER - CAUSE THEY DEBIT WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT. ENOUGH!!! NOW I GET A BAD NAME WITH MY BANK & A BAD MESSAGE FROM THEM & I HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEGATIVE BALANCE ON MY ACCOUNT. TELKOM I WILL NEVER EVER EVEN CONSIDER YOU EVER AGAIN AS A SUPPLIER!!!
