Illegally Debiting my Bank Account - Cant Fix

Worst experience ever, wanted a Huawei wifi router, consultant ordered me incorrect item, cancelled & reprocessed, week & few hours wasted, GOT wifi router, got home & did not work, kept saying out of bundle, back to Bayside, acted like I was stupid &not using properly, told that Telkom was having a network issue clients had come in to complain with out of bundle issue like mine & I should try again, 3rd visit & MORE hours spent in queues, staff playing around - all of a sudden STAFF could not find the router on their system - so got told that they would send it away for repairs, ADVISED then and there I am cancelling, Sierajudien & Yul aware of this & staff. ADVISED dont want to go into a new contract with a faulty router, can they not give me a replacement, answer -NO. Should just use sim in my OLD CELL C Dongle, home, sim does not work, back again, SIMS updated - not working - told them to just cancel. Now all closed on their side, got a bill R620 - Back, assured me with ref no, I should ignore, all cancelled, 1st debit off my account Telkom, 15 e-mails later no luck, pillar to post, get new bill R1087.71-LUDICROUS, WHERE IS MY R620 refund, why a new bill, are they going to debit?
