I requested a settlement amount in May 2013 until today haven't received feedback so I decided to cancel a debit order so that they don't debit my account and now they are threatening to list me on ITC and all I need is settlement and no one is calling to update me further what a service provider and the call centre agents refuse to put me through to the management, always claiming to be busy. I want this to be sorted out ASAP
