I have had a fault with my Call Waiting since January 2013. Telkom keep giving me ARS numbers, saying that the repair has been escalated. If this is an escalation, I hate to think what their ordinary service is like.
If people read their replies to complaints, you think that they're dealing with the issue, but they're not. I have the following reference numbers: ARS219920 - twice. My 4th February complaint was ignored. My 22nd May and 28th May was ARS227985. The 4th June had no response, and the 13th June was ARS229034. I still have no service.
