Sometimes in April I applied for the 2nd line through Cell C. I wanted that line not to be an open line, the contract amount for the new line was supposed to be R399.00 on a monthly basis for the 2nd line, they assured me that will be done. To my surprised on the 15th of May i got a bill for R701.87, of which i disputed was given the ref no, 3052102362 assuring me that the manager will be incontact with me to resolve my problem.waited for about a week for someone to call me with feedback, of which it never happened.
Then on the 30th of May I wrote customer service a letter as attached, instead of them calling me back they then decided to block my lines without even calling me with the previous query I made with them.
I paid them R800 with the hope that it will cover payment for both lines, but still that did not resolve my pronlem as they only looked at the payment for the fist line, tried several times to talk to managers incharge, they all promised to look at query. the last call to them as not soo pleaant at all, as i was put on hold for about 20 miunutes then they hang up on me, and never tried calling me back.

I am very dissaponted witht the service from Cell C.
