LINE CLOSED - BUT PAID

Hi

i have two lines with cell c under contract now because they are under one statement so i made one payment for 1 contract as i was short of cash now both my lines are closed when i call yesterday theyve said that they cannot open one line even thou one is paid

how possible that can be? im so angry as we speak now i need my line to be opened
