I have 2 135 Family Top up accounts for mys 2 sons. When upgrading we wanted 1 account transferred to my son - Dwane's account & the other to remain on my name (as Richard is still studying) & that's where it has stayed - I have been from the shop, called Accounts, Customer service (one call was 60 minutes long - I have placed 2 complaints on hellopeter & STILL UNRESOLVED - NOW I HAVE RECEIVED AN ACCOUNT WHERE BOTH ARE BACK ON MY NAME PLUS BIS IS CHARGED FOR ON DWANE'S ACCOUNT - WHICH SHOULD NOT BE THERE - IS THERE ANYONE WHO CARES & CAN RESOLVE THIS??? IT IS BEYOND LUDICROUS NOW.I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE WRONG VODACOM SHOP AT THE MALL -THIS IS GOING IN CIRCLES, MY TIME MONEY & ENERGY IS WASTED ON THIS NONSENSE! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!!!
