I have been back to the Vodacom shop to now transfer my one son's account ont o his name - which should take 24 hours - but to get the other number BACK onto my account I have to complete ANOTHER transfer (each transfer costs R131.00) Now please - IT WAS YOUR FAULT TO BEGIN WITH IN GIVING ME THE WRONG INFO. RE TRANSFER - THEN ACCOUNTS CHANGED BOTH NUMBERS TO MY SON INSTEAD OF JUST 1 - NOW I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN PLUS COMPLETE A LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION BEFORE THE MESS CAN BE FIXED - HOW ON EARTH DID THIS BECOME MY PROBLEM - IS THERE NO OVERRIDE ON THE SYSTEM FOR MISTAKES? PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES BUT TO PERPETUATE BECAUSE THE SYSTEM OR EMPLOYEES WORKING THERE ARE TOO INCOMPETENT TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES IS BEYOND ME.The accounts dpt. did NOT ask my son for 3 months bankstatements nor proof of residence when they transferred BOTH accounts to his name - now I have to supply proof again to change one BACK to my name which should NEVER have been transferred in the first place - IS THERE ANYONE AT VODACOM WHO UNDERSTANDS THIS & WHY CAN'T IT BE CORRECTED???
