My application for an ADSL line was cancelled by Telkom as the speed for which I had applied could not be guaranteed. Renata was so efficient in guiding me on the next steps to take as well as offering me advice on the best package to suit my needs. The young lady in question was ever so efficient as well as effortlessly courteous with telephone etiquette that I have not heard in years gone by. In my opinion she went over and beyond her call of duty to assist me. I can only hope there are more Renatas out there. Thank you Much.
