EVERY MONTH I PAY MORE THAN WHAT IS DUE ON MY ACCOUNT.THIS MONTH MTN SUSPENDS MY ACCOUNT FOR R600 OUTSTANDING.I TRIED TO MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT FOR THIS FOR THE 25TH OF THIS MONTH WHEN I RECEIVE MY SALARY.THEY REFUSE TO RECONNECT MY LINE.I HAVE BEEN WITH MTN FOR 5 YEARS.MY PHONE BILL IS USUALLY AROUND R2, 000 A MONTH.THIS IS MY WORK PHONE I CANNOT FUNCTION WITHOUT THIS PHONE.I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THEM.THE PERSON I SPOKE TO THIS MORNING WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TELLING ME TO GET ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.I CANNOT BELIEVE MTN DOES THIS TO LOYAL CUSTOMERS.I WILL GET ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
