10 Year Loyal Customer Means Nothing!!!

I have been a loyal customer of MTN for 10 or 11 years now. My current cell phone (Blackberry) has unfortunatly decided to stop working, thus leaving me without a phone. I phoned an MTN branch asking if i am able to do an early upgarde (my earliest upgrade month is Jan 2014) and i will PAY in the 3 month difference should i have to (OCT, NOV and DEC account) and they say i am not able to do this. They referred me to the call centre, i have called 3 times and CUT OFF 3 times! I am so ready to go and sign up a NEW contract with another service provider who will give me one a PHONE, TWO service for being LOYAL and THREE willing to PAY.
