Cell Phone contract

I ordered a phone Nokia Lumia 520 over the mtn line on may 30Th and they said my phone will be delivered within the next 3 to 4 days so I called again on the 5th and 6th of june to find out what was the delay and they said they called me for deliveries which I haven't received any call from them, I called again to find out when will they delver my phone and now they told me it will take 3days to delver but they haven't till today and I know they are going to deduct the money for a phone I don't have I am sick and disappointed in the way they have handled the situation and they don't even call their customers to tell them what is going on.
