We have an agreed day with Nxatel to debit our account on the 5th of every month. Nxatel debit our account whenever they choose, one month it is the 26th, then next month 28th. They have sent emails confirming that it wont happen again, but every month they continue with this practice. Called the Sales Manager, no response, called the accounts department and sent emails, no response. Can I cancel my rental agreement with them?
