From the beginning of 2013 I've been experiencing very slow download speeds. After contacting Telkom they assured me that the matter will be rectified. To date nothing has been done. Infact things have become worse. During May I've only been able to connect once to the network. I DEMAND a refund as I'm being billed for a service not provided.
