MTN offered to upgrade my contract and to deliver the new cell phone on time. The upgrade was done since it can only means money to MTN and the cellphone was never delivered. i asked for the whole thing to be cancelled was never done. 5 months down the line i found my self paying for the product i dont have. 5 phonecalls to Nontobeko proved waste of time as she is still investigating and not a moment will she listen as she is busy defending her actions that is costing me money. My phonecalls to the headoffice to speak to the MANAGERS were waste of time as well since none of them bothers to return a call.i guess IM A CHEAP customer they not need to waste time on. Wenzile promised to call back while Dudu promised the mananger will call back in few minutes. Guess what? WHO CARES AT MTN? is this what Mr CEO of MTN is encouraging his staff members to do since i must have spoken to about 10 people who has nearly about the same stinking attitude & always ESCALATING TO THE MANAGERS? Kabelo really tried to help but unfortunately is not her department. MR CEO, I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY, and while there please take your people for courses that should enligten the about customer service s
