Had a Cellphone contract with Real People Cellular that expired Aug 2013. Phones they send me was. Some Chinese thing that even don't work on any of the Networks. Then when it came to upgrade I was informed I don't qualify. Great then change my nr to pay as you go. I think to land on the moon for the USA was more easy than getting this right as this company. Its now several months later, costing me money phoning around, but get the same answer, sms, email. We will get back to you. This company's managers is always in meetings. No wonder nothing gets done. Guess what. It doesn't work for me anymore.
